Product Returns & Exchanges

GANG-CLOTHING's goal is satisfied customers. If, nevertheless, the user wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt, provided that the return is made with the cooperating courier company. (ACS).
For Cyprus, the return is made with the cooperating courier company (ACS) or any company chosen by the customer.

In particular, the customer must, together with the receipt he will receive or fill out the change form or contact GANG-CLOTHING by phone or send an e-mail to gangurbanfashion@gmail.com.

In order for products to be returned they must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the identification tag along with all designer fabric tags must be attached to the product, along with all accompanying documents (e.g. .e. Retail Sales Receipt – T.D.A., etc.). The user is obliged to test the product he bought without removing the tag, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

In the case of returning shoes, it is not allowed to stick packaging labels and tapes on the packaging box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted.

If all the above conditions are met, GANG-CLOTHING is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer. Product returns are made at the current price of each item on the date of their receipt at GANG-CLOTHING by the courier.

In case of change, you do the return EXCLUSIVELY with ACS COURIER and at our own charge (ie recipient's charge). As soon as the products are received and checked, we proceed with the change. The fixed exchange fee is 5 euros. In case of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer and is added to 5 euros.

For Cyprus, in the event of a change, the return is made with the cooperating courier company (ACS) and the customer will be charged the new cash payment the amount of €15. In case of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer and added to the amount of the new cash payment.

In case of return - cancellation, you make the return EXCLUSIVELY with ACS COURIER and at our own charge (ie recipient's charge). Inside your parcel, attach a piece of paper the IBAN number of your bank account, which bank it belongs to and the name of the beneficiary. As long as the product is returned with the receipt that accompanied it (receipt) and checked, the refund of the net cost will be made product with a reduction amounting to 5 euros through the Piraeus bank.

Defective products

Products that have been damaged upon receipt or that show a manufacturing fault within one (1) month from the date of purchase are classified as defective. Products that show damage due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available, otherwise the customer may choose any other item desired. However, GANG-CLOTHING reserves the right, in case of disputed complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection to clarify whether the complaint is genuine. The user will be informed about the progress of his complaint. Where possible, GANG-CLOTHING will repair the defective product.

In the return and reshipment of defective products, the customer does not bear any shipping costs.

If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.

In the event of a price change, the purchase price of the product applies.
